Following our previous meeting in January 2023, the Surgery held a second PPG meeting on 1st August 2023.
During this meeting, a variety of topics were raised and discussed including the accessibility of patient information through the NHS app, associated services which the Surgery can refer into for specialist care of patients, the review of appointment times with our nurses and ways in which we could integrate with our local community.
PPG meetings are incredibly useful and important opportunities in which the Surgery can review its performance in line with the expectations of its patients with feedback being given BY its patients.
