A new page to view patient feedback and questions and what the Surgery are doing to improve its services as a result
The Surgery understands that in its efforts to provide safe and appropriate levels of patient care, some of our processes and policies may not be fully understood by its patients and service users.
In order for greater clarity and understanding, the Surgery have developed a ‘You said, we did and how we work’ page which provides an explanation over our operations. This page can be found in the ‘about us section’ on our webpage.
Our phone lines open at 8:30 am Monday to Friday, 9:00 am on Saturdays, and 8:00 am on Sundays.
On Sundays we have our Extended Access Hub access- please be aware that our doors may be closed during this time to ensure the safety of our team and patients.
We are closed during bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s day. If you need out of hours care see below.
