The Surgery’s latest PPG meeting was held on Monday 18th December 2023. During this meeting, a variety of topics were raised and discussed, including:
- Our merger with West Heath Primary Care Centre and any impact this will have on West Heath Surgery
- How the Surgery can provide additional pathways of support to our patients who experience difficulties with their mental health
- How the Surgery can support patients who may find themselves in isolating circumstances and require help, including Carers and those suffering with dementia
- Items of facilities management which needed attention by the Surgery were raised and discussed
