With the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic now removed, West Heath Surgery are looking forward to develop the services we offer and introduce new services for the needs of our patients. Whilst the Surgery always strives to be proactive in identifying the needs of its patients, such as introducing an ‘Acute Respiratory clinic’ during an increased number of Strep A cases earlier this year, the Surgery feels that the opinions and ideas of those it serves play a huge role in the way we deliver patient care.
If you are interested in helping the Surgery grow and evolve the services we offer, we would like to invite you to join our Patient Participation Group! PPG meetings are held 2-3 times a year, where ideas are shared and discussed, whilst previous suggestions are reviewed and success stories are shared.
