1) Green Fit Baby at Cotteridge Park
This free meet up is designed for new mums. You’ll have chance to exercise outdoors in the park along with your baby. You can take part in great post natal exercises, and meet other local new mums. Little ones stay in their prams alongside mums.
2) Tai Chi in Cofton Park
Looking for a gentle way to exercise your mind and body? Then Tai Chi could be for you. This weekly group meets in Cofton Park. Just turn up and feel the Zen!
3) Nordic Walking in Cofton Park
Fancy trying a fun new hobby? Nordic Walking uses poles to maximise the upper body movement when you walk. It’s designed to use 90% of your skeletal system. So it’s great exercise for your heart, and ideal if you have back or neck problems.
