The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the regulator for all health and social care services in England. The CQC checks that all services meet the government’s standards or rules about care.
West Heath Surgery is registered with CQC. We are proud to be fully compliant with all of the CQC outcomes and guidelines. You can access the CQC Reports on our practice on the CQC Report Website. All reports on the CQC website are produced and maintained by the CQC.
Our phone lines open at 8:30 am Monday to Friday, 9:00 am on Saturdays, and 8:00 am on Sundays.
On Sundays we have our Extended Access Hub access- please be aware that our doors may be closed during this time to ensure the safety of our team and patients.
We are closed during bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s day. If you need out of hours care see below.
