If you have any concerns about the safety and/or welfare of a child or young person, please call CASS- the Children’s Advice and Support Service on 0121 303 1888 during the hours of 8:45-17:15 Monday to Thursday and 8:45-16:45 Friday. For emergency, out of hour notification or advice, please call 0121 675 4806.
Concerns can also be raised to the Early Help Support team. Whilst the Surgery will assist in completing the required documentation, the Early Help Support team can be contacted on 0121 303 1888 or emailed at ehst@birminghamchildrenstrust.co.uk.
Should you have any concerns that you, or someone that you know is being abused or neglected and believe a crime has been committed, please call the Police on 999.
To raise non-urgent concerns with the Police, please call 101.
If it is not an emergency yet you still with to report adult abuse, please call ACAP- the Adults and Communities Access Point on 0121 303 1234, pressing option 1 once connected.
An Emergency Duty team are also available to be contacted outside of Office hours, on Weekends and during Bank Holidays- available during the hours of 17:15-8:45 Monday to Thursday and 16:15-8:45 Friday to Monday. Should the team need to be contacted during these times, please call 0121 675 4806.
