Patient-centred care lies at the heart of SDS MyHealthcare
Our practice is a member of SDS MyHealthcare. We offer face-to-face GP, Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments in the evenings and at weekends at our six local Hubs. These Hubs also provide our patients with a wide range of other primary care services.

Normal opening hours will resume from Saturday 2nd January 2021.
