Of course, for many of us it can be an occasional thing – like when you have a heavy cold for example.

For others, snoring can become a regular and unwelcome nightly habit. Snoring can interrupt your breathing, which means you wake up still feeling tired. Not great. And, let’s face it, snoring isn’t much fun for those nearby either.
