That’s why we have introduced a new pioneering service which makes virtual ‘over the phone’ appointments now more easily available. Our team of doctors and pharmacists are based upstairs at West Heath Medical Centre.
The service is designed for non-complex patient cases with straightforward conditions. When you request a virtual appointment, you are booked in to the virtual centre and will receive a call back at a convenient time.
